Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged from 18 to 89 years; willing to be performed ERCP;suspicious malignant biliary strictures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: maligancies of other organs that do not cause biliary stricture; severe organ disfunction;abnormal coagulation; inability to intubate the common bile duct;poor follow-up compliance.
