0.5 Years to 2 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged from 6 months to 2 years old; (2) ASA (American Association of Anesthesiologists) Grade I or II; (3) Plan to perform selective general or urological surgery under general anesthesia; (4) Informed consent of parents and consent to follow-up evaluation in accordance with the requirements of the verification plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cardiovascular diseases (arrhythmia, history of congenital heart disease); (2) Preoperative chronic pain; (3) Intraoperative application of anticholinergic drugs or vasopressors; (4) Use of beta blockers, ephedrine, neostigmine, atropine or phenylephrine before study; (5) Other reasons researchers believe that are not suitable for clinical trials.
