18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the cervical vertebrae, the thoracic vertebrae, lumbar vertebrae, the femur surgery; Aged 18-70 years; ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined anemia; 2. combined with blood system diseases (leukemia, abnormal coagulation function, erythrocyte abnormalities); 3. combined with hypertension, diabetes; 4. malignant tumor operation, combined with malignant tumor; 5. with liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. infusion of allogeneic blood before operation.
