0.5 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged from 6 months to 14 years old; (2) ASA (American Association of Anesthesiologists) rating I or II; (3) Plan to perform selective general or urological surgery under general anesthesia; (4) Informed consent of parents and consent to follow-up evaluation in accordance with the requirements of the verification plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) ASA (American Association of Anesthesiologists) rating = Level II; (2) Autonomic Nervous System Disease (History of Stroke, History of Epilepsy); (3) Preoperative chronic pain; (4) Intraoperative application of anticholinergic drugs or vasopressors; (5) Arrhythmias; (6) Use of beta-blockers, ephedrine, neostigmine, atropine or phenylephrine before study; (7) Other reasons Researchers believe that are not suitable for clinical trials.
