Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rupture, male 18-40 years old, unilateral ACL rupture, male patients 18-40 years of age, non-acute stage, unconspicuous joint inflammation, no obvious limited range of motion(ROM) of knee, quadriceps atrophy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ACL fracture combined with other injuries, inflammation and limited ROM; II - III degree of composite ligament relaxation, bilateral knee injury, severe limb or lower back injury (such as nerve injury, fracture, lumbar disc herniation); conventional MRI diagnosed with concurrent repairable meniscal injury, articular cartilage injury; allergic to milk protein; diseases that are unsuitable for exercise; BMI > 28.
