Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. OGTT or glycohemoglobin in patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes; 2. Have and use smart phones; 3. aged 18-64 years; 4. Type 2 diabetes duration = 10 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. fasting blood glucose> 16.7mmol/L; 2. repeated hypoglycemia (hypoglycemia episodes more than 3 times); 3. Acute complications of diabetes have occurred (diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar syndrome, and diabetes lactic acidosis); 4. has been associated with severe diabetes-related diseases (diabetic foot disease, retinopathy, peripheral vascular disease with clinical symptoms and/or signs, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, nephropathy, diabetic cardiac autonomic neuropathy); 5. Diseases that may affect the completion of exercise or exercise (eg, infection, electrolyte imbalance, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, uncontrolled systolic systolic blood pressure> 160 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure> 100 mmHg, etc.); 6. suffering from neuromuscular skeletal diseases can not participate in exercise; 7. People with mental illnesses who cannot live independently or with treatment; 8. not with the treatment (including non-compliance oral / external coating / injection of drugs, exercise intervention, diet control, etc.); 9. Suspected or confirmed patients with type 1 diabetes; 10. Those with a history of contact dermatitis; 11. Did not sign informed consent.
