Age
20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 20-40 years; 2) Women with hCG for triggering final oocyte maturation and plan for a fresh embryo transfer; 3) Basal FSH <15 IU/L; 4) Up to 2 embryos will be transferred.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) A history of recurrent failure to achieve clinical pregnancy after =3 embryo transfer; 2) A history of recurrent spontaneous miscarriage defined as sequential pregnancy loss including biochemical miscarriage and clinical pregnancy loss =3; 3) Uterine abnormalities, including a history of intrauterine adhesion, uterine septus and surgeries for uterine septus, unicornis uterus, submucous myoma without surgery; 4) Concurrent hyperprolatinemia or hypothyroidism; 5) Allergy to vaginal or oral progesterone product; 6) Women with a high risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) on the day of hCG trigger and a frozen embryo transfer is planned.
