Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The following five inclusion criteria are met and none of the exclusion criteria described below can be included in the study as research objects. (1) clinical and imaging diagnosis of brain functional glioma; (2) Aged 18-60 years old; (3) patients signed informed consent; (4) Consciousness can be matched with physicians to complete instructions such as language or movement; (5) Good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Clinical and imaging diagnosis is functional glioma, but emergency surgery or preoperative imaging data are incomplete; (2) The patient had serious liver and kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, blood disease or cachexia, etc.; (3) There have been disturbances of consciousness that cannot be matched and anesthesia assessments cannot tolerate awakening anesthesia; (4) No signing of informed consent; (5) Poor compliance.
