Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Obesity (BMI = 32.5 kg/m2) or mild to moderate obesity (BMI = 27.5 kg/m2) and associated obesity (obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, type 2 diabetes, Hypertension, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, hyperuricemia, polycystic ovary syndrome, abnormal kidney function, etc.); 2. Waist circumference: male ? 85cm female ? 80cm; waist-hip ratio: male ? 0.9 female ? 0.8; 3. Male or female aged 16-65 years old; 4. Ineffective after lifestyle interventions, physical exercise, and conservative treatment of various drugs; 5. exclude secondary obesity caused by endocrine abnormalities; 6. No serious mental illness and behavioral abnormalities; 7. There is no serious abnormality of major organs; 8. willing to accept surgery, and follow-up postoperative management.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary obesity caused by endocrine abnormalities; 2. Patients who abuse drugs, alcohol addiction, have mental disorders that are difficult to control, and lack the ability to understand the risks, benefits, and expected consequences of weight loss surgery; 3. Those who are forbidden for surgery (cardiopulmonary liver, kidney, and other vital organ dysfunction and can not tolerate general anesthesia, surgery; pregnant and lactating women; have pneumoperitoneal contraindications; 4. Patients who do not fit the test for various reasons; 5. Patients with severe mental illness; 6. Patients with other digestive tract and systemic severe organic diseases, infections and other systemic malignancies; 7. Patients taking antacids, gastric mucosal protective agents, bile adsorbents, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs etc. within 3 weeks before enrollment; 8. Huge esophageal hiatal hernia, severe esophagitis (LA-C and LA-D grade), Barrett's esophagus.
