Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing isolated ventricular septal defect repair operation, aged from 0 to 10 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active upper gastrointestinal bleeding, esophageal obstruction or narrow, space-occupying lesions in the esophagus, esophageal tearing and perforation, oesophageal diverticulacongenital, esophageal hiatal hernia deformity, shortly after esophageal surgery, pharyngeal abscess, pharyngeal space-occupying lesions.
