Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients hospitalized in 1st trauma ward in Shanghai sixth People's Hospital from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2017; 2. Patients age over 65 years old; 3. Proximal humerus fracture, Neer classification: three or four part fracture; 4. Patients chose operation as the treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot understand doctors' orders; 2. Patients who cannot follow doctors' orders or those who cannot participate in rehabilitation program; 3. Patients had a anothor fracture in the post operative period during the follow-up or underwent a severe trauma.
