Female
Age
18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged between 18-40 years old; 2. Menorrhea or oligomenorrhea at least for 3-6 months; 3. FSH level above 25 IU/L (repeated twice >4 weeks apart); 4. Presence of bilateral ovary; 5. No combined with male infertility; 6. Normal karyotype 46, XX; 7. Normal prolactin level within one year of study initiation; 8. Normal thyroid function as evidence by normal serum TSH levels; 9. Willing to attempt to get pregnant as part of the experimental protocol.Agree to report any pregnancy to the research staff immediately; 10.Willing and able to comply with study requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of gynecologic malignancy and pelvic surgery; 2. Contraindication to surgery or anesthesia; 3. Combined with major physical illnesses or mental disorders, such as heart diseases, Type I or Type II diabetes mellitus, significant anemia that precludes performance of surgery;
