Age
20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 20-35 years; 2. Regular menstrual cycles; 3. Normal ovarian reserve; 4. normal ovarian response; 5. Underwent two failed implatations; 6. The subjects must be volunteers and sign informed consents in person or by the legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Polycystic ovarian syndrome; 2. B-mode ultrasound or hysteroscopy prompted intrauterine or endometrial lesion,including uterine malformation, endometriosis, adenomyosis, uterine tumor, endometrial polyp, endometrial hyperplasia, intrauterine adhesion,etc; 3. Hydrosalpinx; 4. medical comorbidities like diabetes mellitus, hyperthyreosis, heart disease and so on; 5. Use of drugs such as oral contraceptives, corticosteroids and other types of drugs that may affect the ovary function.
