14 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between the ages of 14 and 60 years; 2. All patients meet the SLE classification standard of ACR in 1982 with severe disease activity; 3. Performed multiple times (more than or equal to 3 times) immunoadsorption; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe chronic liver, kidney and cardiac dysfunction; 2. Patients with severe drug-resistant bacteria infection, such as bacteremia and sepsis; 3. Patients with coagulopathy; 4. Psychopaths.
