Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case Group: 1. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients diagnosed by pathology, no distant metastasis observed, no dysphagia complained, Level 1 in water swallow test; 2. aged between 18 and 65 years old; 3. Capable of Basic self-care, no systemic swallowing function and voice function training received before; 4. Received radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 5. According to the purpose of research, enroll 100 living Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients received treatment of different regimens and dosages. Control Group: 1. Collected from medical examination center of West China Hospital, basic characteristics matched with the experience group; 2. Normal structure of nose and throat, no defect and dysfunction of articulation system and articulation system; 3. Received no professional vocal or singing training before; 4. No smoking or larynx-related disease during the past 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case Group 1. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with distant metastasis or retreated 2. Received systemic swallowing function and voice function training before; 3. Having radiotherapy or larynx-related diseases before; 4. No capable of Basic self-care or with mental disorders. Control Group: 1. Not meet the criteria, aged over 65or below 18 years old; 2. With active respiratory diseases, nasal diseases(allergic rhinitis, chronic rhinitis or rhinosinusitis) or abnormal nasal structure; 3. With no olfactory function disorders; 4. With no mental retardation, mental disorder or depression; 5. During pregnancy or lactation.
