18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-70 years with staghorn stones diagnosed radiology and complicated with or without mild hydronephrosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with an ectopic kidney, urosepsis, or creatinine>266 umol/L were not included from the study; 2. severe heart,lung, liver disease, coagulation disorders, andthere are other endoscopic contraindications; 3. pregnant or lactating women; 4. refused to sign an informed consent.
