Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? patients with hemorrhoidal prolapse grade II, III and IV; ? patients aged 18-80 years; ? written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. acute hemorrhoidal edema, infection and stuck; 2. known inflammatory bowel disease;acute,or chronic diarrhea; 3. patients with anal fistula,perianal sepsis,colorectal malignancy,complete rectal prolapse,perianal dermatosis; 4. previous surgery for haemorrhoids and pre-existing sphincter injury, symptomatic incontinence; 5. patients with diabetes, anemia, malnutrition, and immunodeficiency; 6. patients with serious heart, liver, kidney diseases, and blood coagulation dysfunction; 7. women during pregnancy and menstruation; 8. patients that are unable to give full informed consent.
