Breast Surgery

Interventions

Superficial group:20ml 0.5% ropivacaine injection of local anesthetic at superficial of serratus anterior muscle
Deep group:20ml 0.5%ropivacaine injection of local anesthetic at deep of serratus anterior muscle
10ml group:Inject 10ml of 0.5% ropivacaine into the serratus anterior plane (according to the result of the first step of study, at superficial or deep of serratus anterior muscle)
20ml group:Inject 20ml of 0.5% ropivacaine into the serratus anterior plane (according to the result of the first step of study, at superficial or deep of serratus anterior muscle)
30ml group:Inject 30ml of 0.5% ropivacaine into the serratus anterior plane (according to the result of the first step of study, at superficial or deep of serratus anterior muscle)
0.375% group:Injection of 0.375% ropivacaine into the anterior serratus plane (according to the results of the first and second steps of study, in superficial or deep of serratus anterior muscle
0.5%group:Injection of 0.5% ropivacaine into the anterior serratus plane (according to the results of the first and second steps of study, in superficial or deep of serratus anterior muscle
0.75%group:Injection of 0.75% ropivacaine into the anterior serratus plane (according to the results of the first and second steps of study, in superficial or deep of serratus anterior muscle

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A patient undergoing breast surgery; 2. Aged 20-50 years; 3. BMI index 18.5-23.9.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases of vital organs and systems of the whole body; 2. An allergy to a local anesthetic; 3. Chronic pain; 4. Abnormal coagulation function; 5. Injection site infection; 6. Peripheral nervous system disease; 7. Mental illness and can not cooperate.
