Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with supratentorial tumors undergoing craniotomy (under the right lateral position); 2) Age from 18 to 65 years; 3) ASAI-II; 4) BMI 18-30 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with heart diseases and uncontrolled high blood pressure; 2) predicted difficult airway, such as patients with infections or other pathological changes in the throat;patients with small mouth, large tongue or tonsils; tracheomalacia or tracheal tumors; 3) Patients with a history of gastroesophageal reflux disease; 4) sleep apnea, obstructive pulmonary disease,preoperative voice and swallowing problems; 5) position required the head and torso torsion angle was too large (>30 degrees); 6) emergency operation or patients who temporarily changed the surgical approach and position placement before surgery; 7) Pregnancy and lactation patients.
