Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. newly diagnosed T2DM,according to the WHO1999 criteria; 2. HbA1c values >9.0% at the time of disease was diagnosed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency and blood system diseases; 2) Patients with glaucoma or increased Intraocular pressure; 3) Liver and renal insufficiency, Cr is 1.5 times higher than normal, and ALT is 2 times higher than the upper limit of normal value; 4) Patients with gastrointestinal ulcer Concord; 5) Patients with acute cardiac infarction or acute cerebrovascular accident; 6) Patients with chronic arterial occlusion treated with vasodilators(including Chinese medicine for blood circulation and blood stasis) within one week; 7) Patients selected for lower extremity vascular stent, bypass or radiofrequency ablation three months before selection; 8) Persons suffering from mental illness or unable to cooperate; 9) Pregnant women, nursing mothers and women of childbearing age who do not have access to safe contraception; 10) Malignant neoplasms.
