Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria: Those who meet the following conditions must be considered as eligible. (1) Aged 18 to 75 years old, male or female, to able to tolerate surgery; (2) ASA I-III; (3) plain CT scan + enhanced or color Doppler ultrasonography showed that grade 1 simple renal cysts = 40mm; (4) Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 2. Exclusion criteria: Those who meet any of the following should not participate in the trial: (1) Uncontrolled systemic bleeding disorders; (2) severe spinal deformity, severe hip deformity, difficulty in lithotomy; (3) Uncontrolled urinary tract infections; (4) Intraluminal surgery caused by any urinary anatomy cannot be performed; (5) pregnancy, planned pregnancy and breastfeeding female patients within 3 months; (6) The investigator determined that the patient is not suitable for the study, including (but not limited to): known to carry human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or AIDS (AIDS); suffering from mental illness; infectious diseases; (7) Plain CT scan + enhancement or color Doppler ultrasound examination of the kidneys suggests a grade 1 simple renal cyst <40 mm.
