Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the diagnosis of hypertension, the onset or admission of the SBP more than 160mmHg and (or) DBP more than 95mmHg; 2. the brain CT examination proved to be brain stem bleeding, excluding hemorrhagic disease, trauma, tumor and other diseases caused by secondary brain stem bleeding; 3. family members insist on surgical removal of hematoma; 4. It accords with the diagnostic standard of severe brain stem hemorrhage, the amount of bleeding is more than 4ml or the hematoma diameter is more than 2cm, and the GCS score is less than 8 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude secondary brain stem hemorrhage secondary to hemorrhagic disease, trauma and tumor; 2. Death within 24h is not included in this group; 3. The patient is less than 18 years old or more than 75 years old.
