18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient over 18 years old and under 65 years old male and female; 2. elective colorectal surgery with general anesthesia; 3. ASA I-III; 4. BMI 1825kg/m2; 5. Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fast time is less than 8 hours, or more than 24 hours; 2. Emergency surgery; 3. History of esophagus or gastrointestinal surgery; 4. Intestinal obstruction before surgery; 5. Ardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (right ventricular failure;moderate and severe valvular disease;coronary artery stenosis;chronic arrhythmia); 6. Immune system disease; 7. Hematological system diseases (hematological malignancy; leukemia; coagulation factor deficiency); 8. Chronic use of opioid or NSIDS drugs; 9. Respiratory insufficiency; 10. Metabolic diseases (Severe diabetes, ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar syndrome, chronic hypoglycemia and gout); 11. Advanced liver and kidney failure; 12. Patients who refuse to join in this study or suffer from mental illness and are unable to communicate normally.
