40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing primary total hip or knee arthroplasty because of OA,DDH etc.; 2. Older than 40 years old; 3. Patients who voluntarily participated in clinical trials and signed informed consents with good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) the history of gastrointestinal diseases; (2) people who took antiemetic drugs 24 hours before operation; (3) allergic to experimental drugs or adverse reactions; (4) diabetic patients with poor blood glucose control; (5) the use of steroids or immunosuppressive drugs within 6 months; (6) severely impaired liver and kidney function.
