Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. T2DM or T1DM is definitely diagnosed; 2. give informed consent; 3. equal or greater than 17 years old; 4. without new cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events for the past six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. GDM,secondary diabetes and other special types of diabetes; 2. cancer and other serious diseases that the expected life is lower than 5 years; 3. less than 17 years old; 4. the type of diabetes is not sure; 5. have cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events for the past six months.
