Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute stage: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of bell's palsy; (2) First onset;the disease duration is no more than 7 days without any treatment; (3) Single lateral facial paralysis; (4) Aged between 18 to 70 years old male and female; (5) volunteered to sign the informed consent of the trial. Convalescence: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of bell's palsy; (2) First onset;the disease duration is more than or equal to 8 days but no more than 60 days, without any electric needle or electric stimulation treatment; (3) Single lateral facial paralysis; (4) Aged between 18 to 70 years old male and female; (5) volunteered to sign the informed consent of the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The disease duration does not meet the inclusion criteria (2) Combined with malignant tumors, infectious diseases, diabetes or patients with serious primary diseases with the heart, brain, liver, kidneys, lungs or hematopoietic system, and mental problem patients, etc.; (3) Hunt's syndrome; (4) The body is equipped with artificial pacemakers and patients who are not suitable for electrical stimulation, pregnant and lactating women; (5) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; (6) Other causes of facial paralysis; (7) skin infection can not being acupuncture; (8) Patients can not complete the basic course of treatment, and compliance is not good.
