Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Inpatients in intensive care unit, hematology, respiratory and gastrointestinal surgery in the the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University of Chinese Medicine; (2) It is expected that intravenous use of ß-lactam antibiotics will be = 7 days; (3) Aged = 18 years old, male or female; (4) The patient signed the "Informed Consent Form" and expressed his consent to participate in this study, and was willing to cooperate with the requirements of this study and the required follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) People with diarrhea within 2 weeks prior to Peifeikang intervention, including any causes of diarrhea (unformed stool = 3 times/24 hours); (2) Intractable constipation or those who are taking laxatives; (3) Patients who had undergone radiotherapy and chemotherapy within one month; (4) Diets containing foods containing microecological preparations such as yogurt and probiotic beverages; (5) Patients who are allergic to probiotic preparations.
