Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal group: recruited from outside the hospital (community and other) or outpatient: 1) no cognitive dysfunction complaint; 2) normal scores in a set of neuropsychological scales. 2. MCI group: according to the Petersen diagnostic criteria of 1999: 1) patients or caregivers complain of cognitive impairment; 2) patients or caregivers confirm that cognitive function decrease in the past year; 3) clinical objective assessments show cognitive impairment; 4) no significant impairment on daily life (patients may have complex impairment of daily life); 5) non dementia. 3. iNPH group: 1) clinical symptoms after 60 years of age; 2) at least two clinical triad manifestations: gait disorder, cognitive dysfunction and urinary incontinence; 3) ventricle enlargement (Evans index >O.3); 4) CSF pressure <200 mmH2O, CSF examination normal; 5) the above clinical symptoms could not be explained by other nervous system or non-nervous system diseases; 6) There were no obvious diseases causing ventricular enlargement, such as subarachnoid hemorrhage, meningitis, craniocerebral trauma, congenital hydrocephalus and aqueduct stenosis in the past.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment can be explained by other neurological or non-neurological diseases; 2. Age80y.
