Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 50-75 years; 2. Diagnostic criteria for benign prostatic hyperplasia in Western Medicine; 3. According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine Jing Long disease; 4. Not taking drugs for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia within a week; 5. Observation cases in patients with enlarged prostate volume measured by color Doppler ultrasound; 6. Lookup cooperation Fluent and fluent language Accurate expression Unconscious and cognitive handicapped; 7. Voluntary participation in this test and the signing of the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2. Recurrent urinary tract infection; 3. Urethral malformation urethral stricture Neurogenic bladder disease Suspected prostate cancer patients; 4. The patients with severe heart disease, liver dysfunction (ALT AST, 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal) and renal insufficiency (Cr beyond the upper limit of the normal value of BUN, 1.2 times higher than the upper limit of the normal value), a serious disease of hematopoietic system and metabolic system etc.
