Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the patients had undergone closed reduction and fixed with two or three Kirschner wires; 2. the Kirschner wires were inserted through a lateral (radial) entry and in a divergent configuration; 3. the patients had full sets of intra-operative fluoroscopic images in good quality; 4. the patients had healed uneventfully and reported no complications after the operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. the tip of the most lateral pin penetrated the anterior/posterior cortex of the humerus in the lateral view; 2. bent pins within the humeri; 3. the images were not standard.
