Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with a diagnosis of schizophrenia aged 18-50 years old, treated with clozapine or other antipsychotics alone for more than 8 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with pancreatic injury factors or severe somatic disease, and pregnant or lactating women.
