22 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting standards for the high-risk of GDM ; 2. Aged 22-40 years; 3. Monocyesis; 4. Have detailed medical history and routine pregnancy test in our hospital; 5. Han nationality, living locally for at least 1 year and has fixed residence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes at early pregnancy examination; 2. Suffering from heart disease, urinary tract infections, renal insufficiency or uremia, thyroid or pituitary dysfunction, anemia, cholecystitis, gallstones, inflammatory bowel disease, Cushing syndrome, mental disorders, autoimmune diseases, gastrointestinal ulcers, severe infectious diseases, tumors and other diseases; 3. Have used antibiotics in the past 1 month and lasted for 3 days or more; 4. Have undergone bowel surgery or used any medicine or surgery to lose weight; 5. Long-term using of hormone drugs; 6. Pregnant women who have a history of preterm birth, a history of childbirth of fetal macrosomia, and a history of miscarriage and stillbirth.
