16 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. sign informed consent; 2. Diagnos IgA nephropathy based on renal biopsy during one month; 3. 24 hour proteinurine=500mg or UACR=300mg/g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with immunosuppressive therapy during one month; 2. Patients with biological agent treatment; 3. Patients with diabetes, active heptitis B, active heptitis C, SLE, vasculitis, henoch-schonlein purpura,autoimmune disease,Multiple Myeloma; 4. patients with cirrhosis or hematological diseases; 5. Patients with pregnancy or lactating women; 6. Patients with active urinary infection; 7. The researchers judged that the subjects were not suitable for the study.
