45 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis as primary knee osteoarthritis and no symptomatic relief after 6-month conservative procedures; 2. Aged above 45 and below 65 years male and female; 3. Active level before symptoms onset; 4. Knee OA with radiographic Kellgren-Lawrence Grade II and above; 5. Knee MRI indicates IV degree of cartilage abrasion or defects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any secondary knee osteoarthritis (eg: RA, gout, etc.); 2. Revision surgery or previous knee trauma or surgery; 3. Knee OA with flexion contracture over 10 degree; 4. Associated with cardio-vascular disease, metabolic disease, neurological disease, etc.; 5. Drug or alcohol abuse.
