2:Arthroscopic Shouler Release without superior capsule resection (270° release)

40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis as unilateral Adhensive Capsulitis/ Shoulder Stiffness/ Frozen Shoulder with contralateral shoulder is normal. 2. Aged above 40 and below 65 years male and female; 3. Chornic injruy without any symtpomatic relief after conservative procedures; 4. Active level before injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Associated with rotator cuff tear needed to repair (full-thickness rotator cuff tear and more than 1/2 thickness partial tear); 2. Revision surgery or previous shoulder surgery; 3. Associated with cardio-vascular disease, metabolic disease, neurological disease, etc.; 4. Drug or alcohol abuse; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding female.
