Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: in the hospital of xiangya in 2018, the patients with the following diseases (hereinafter referred to as the cardiovascular disease) will be closed and combined with the following diseases. 1. The diagnosis of definite hypertension (SBP is greater than 130mmhg or DBP is greater than 80mmhg), with or without the history of drug control; 2. Clear diagnosis of coronary heart disease; 3. Pulmonary hypertension; 4. Congenital heart disease or structural heart disease: moderate or above valve stenosis or insufficiency; 5. Cardiomyopathy; 6. Arrhythmias: severe sinus bradycardia (HR = 50 times/min), tachycardia (more than 100 times/min), conduction block affects hemodynamics and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The combination of severe liver and kidney dysfunction requires liver and kidney transplantation or replacement therapy; 2. Refuse to participate in this study; 3. The American association of anesthesiologists is rated at level 4 and above; 4. Decreased lung function.
