18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Chest pain over 30 minutes, but accept PCI in 12 hours; (2) ST elevation>0.1 mV in more than 2 adjacent leads; (3) Aged from 18 to 80 and able to give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previously diagnosed as myocardial infarction; (2) Suspected or previously allergy to perflutren; (3) Pregnant and lactating; (4) fail to complete their follow-up; (5) attending Other clinical trials; (6) with mental disorders; (7) has been thrombolytic prior to PCI; (8) with severe pulmonary hypertension; (9) Hemodynamic instability.
