Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. The diagnostic criteria of dsm-iv schizophrenia were consistent with the admission diagnosis; 3. The length of hospitalization was greater than 4 weeks; In previous history, there was no liver, kidney, nervous system and other major body diseases. Using the Chinese medical association in 2004 diabetes branch of the metabolic syndrome diagnostic criteria, which meet the following three of the four components or all can be diagnosed with metabolic syndrome: (1) obesity BMI 25.0 kg/m2 or; Hyperglycemia: fasting plasma glucose is greater than or equal to 6.1mmol/L and (or) plasma sugar is greater than 7.8mmol/L and/or has been diagnosed as diabetic; (2) Hypertension: systolic blood pressure/diastolic pressure is greater than 140/90mmhg and/or has been diagnosed as hypertension; (3) Blood disorder: fasting blood triglyceride is greater than 1.7mmol/L and (or) fasting hdl-c < 0.9mmol/L (male), < 1.0mmol/L(female).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Respondents or their first-degree relatives have heavy mental illness, other drug dependent, severe heart, liver and kidney disease with other psychiatric and mental retardation is not able to sign the informed consent right.
