18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Definite diagnosis of simple obesity (BMI>30kg/m2) or BMI greater than 28kg/m2 with hyperlipidemia and/or hypertension, sleep apnea or impaired glucose tolerance; 2. Between 18 to 60 years old, male or female; 3. Understand and sign the informed consent; 4. Women of childbearing age agree to use contraception during the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes diagnosed in the past or screening period; 2. Suffering from severe infections, cardiovascular disease during surgery, severe and acute phase, or severe trauma; 3. Serum TG levels exceed 11.3 mmol/L; 4. Have a history of malignancy; 5. With mental and neurological diseases; 6. Combined rheumatic and immune diseases; 7. Pregnant women; 8. Participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; 9. Cannot, unwillingly, or disagreeing to comply with research requirements, including lifestyle adjustments, return visits, dosage instructions, and subject responsibilities; 10. Secondary obesity caused by other diseases (such as Cushing syndrome, hypothyroidism); 11. Long-term use of drugs that cause obesity, such as glucocorticoids; 12. Use of weight loss drugs (including GLP-1 receptor agonists) or weight loss surgery within three months; 13. History or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple or endocrine adenoma syndrome (MEN) type 2; 14. With a history of pancreatitis.
