Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients for endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) in treatment of patients with early upper gastrointestinal carcinoma; 2. Aged 18-80 years old; 3. General anesthesia of tracheal ingubation; 4. ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to anesthetic drugs or their constituents (soy or egg); 2. BMI>30; 3. Difficult airway.
