Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as lumbar spinal stenosis, aged = 40 years old; 2. Posterior decompression and internal fixation were performed in our department; 3. All patients will be operated by the same person.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure to meet the inclusion criteria and incomplete data to affect the observer; 2. Patients with simple lamina decompression without internal fixation; 3. Patients with diabetes mellitus and coagulation dysfunction affected the incidence of complications after spinal internal fixation.
