Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) voluntary test and signed informed consent; 2) patients aged 45-65 years; 3) ASA I-III; 4) elective surgery for patients with chest surgery with lung isolation; 5) the simple mental state examination scale (MMSE) score of 1 day before operation was greater than 20; 6) the heart function is basically normal, without systemic disease; 7) able to communicate well with the researcher and follow the requirements of the whole experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who refuse to sign the informed consent; 2) preoperative examination of patients with airway dissection, airway compression, airway stenosis, etc.; 3) patients with the history of surgery and the history of chemoradiotherapy in the first 3 months of surgery; 4) patients who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before surgery; 5) Alzheimer's disease, brain atrophy, acute phase or sequelae of cerebrovascular disease; 6) obvious abnormality of cardiopulmonary function (NYHA classification of cardiac function and the above; Patients with moderate or severe ventilation function and diffuse function disorder; 7) the combination of infection, shock and critical illness cannot be combined with operation and evaluation results; 8) mental and neurological disorders cannot be associated with physician partners; 9) other conditions that the researcher considers not suit to participate in the study.
