Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria for SCAD; (2) 2-3 months or even loner time after hospital discharge; (3) heart function at level I-III by NYHA classification; (4) aged 18 to 70 years; (5) junior high school education or above; (6) no sports intervention in the previous month; (7) completion of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) presence of uncontrolled tachycardia (resting heart rate>120/min); (2) presence of uncontrolled tachypnea (resting respiratory rate>30/min); (3) presence of uncontrolled respiratory failure (oxyhemoglobin saturation=90%); (4) presence of uncontrolled hypertension (systolic pressure>180mmHg or diastolic pressure>110mmHg); (5) body weight change>±1.8kg in the 72h before the study; (6) presence of uncontrolled hyperglycemia (random blood glucose>18mmol/L); (7) presence of uncontrolled malignant arrhythmia leading to unstable haemodynamics; (8) diagnosed or suspected pseudoaneurysm or aortic dissection before operation; (9) presence of uncontrolled septic shock and sepsis; (10) before severe valve disorders operation or in the acute stage of heart failure of myocardia cardiac diseases; (11) presence of nervous and motor system diseases and rheumatic disease possibly aggravated by sports from the perspective of doctors of integrated medicine; (12) patients were unable or unwilling to cooperate.
