Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction; 2. The location of cerebral infarction is unilateral basal ganglia or corona radiata; 3. No distrubance of consciousness; 4. Cerebral infarction for the first time and no history of organic encephalopathy; 5. The incidence of cerebral infarction is within 48 hours; 6. Conforming to the diagnosis of wind phlegm obstructing collaterals in TCM with stroke; 7. Aged 35 and 75 years; 8. The NIHSS score is 5-22 points; 9. Participants in the test need to have informed consent; 10. Healthy subjects: right handedness, no history of mental illness and history of neuropathy. The age of healthy subjects is matched with patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe infection or upper gastrointestinal bleeding on admission; 2. Patients who have been treated with thrombolytic therapy; 3. Patients with cerebral infarction due to brain tumor, traumatic brain injury and hematopathy; 4. Patients with cerebral embolism due to rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease and other heart diseases with atrial fibrillation; 5. Patients suffering from severe diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and osteoarthropathy; 6. Patients with mental disorders or serious dementia; 7. Patients with idiopathic epilepsy or secondary epilepsy; 8. Patients who took sedatives and hypnotics 3 days ago before the examination.
