18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) unresectable malignant biliary stricture due to extensive lesions, metastases, or poor medical condition; 2) clear consciousness and cooperation; 3) Bismuth-Corlette type I, II or III; and 4) an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status score of 0–3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) benign biliary obstruction; 2) Bismuth-Corlette type IV; 3) ECOG performance status of 4; 4) non-cooperation; 5) receipt of beam radiotherapy or radiofrequency therapy; and 6) ablation renal inadequacy.
