Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient understands and is willing to sign an informed consent letter; 2. Aged more than 65 years old male and female; 3. ASA I~II level; 4. General anesthesia is required and the operation time is less than 3 h
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. the number of years of education is less than 6 years; 2. (mini) mental status examination (MMSE) score was less than 24 points a day before operation. 3. active liver and kidney disease; 4. the history of cerebrovascular disease; 5. the central nervous system and mental illness; 6. Take a sedative / antidepressant; 7. There is a history of allergy to inhalation anesthetics.
