65 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 65 years and over; 2. ASA I ~ IV; 3. Patients with elective non-cardiac surgery were proposed; 4. The subject signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebrovascular disease; 2. Patients with central nervous system disease; 3. Psychotropic medications are being used; 4. History of alcohol or opioid abuse; 5. Other trials were taken in the first three months of the study or other clinical trials; 6. Patients who declined to assess the mini-cog and Katz Index; 7. Surgery is expected to be less than 120 minutes.
