Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients scheduled for posterior internal fixation for lumbar fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with ASA?3; patients with spinal cord injuries or multiple injuries; hypersensitivity reaction to local anethetic; local skin infection; patients with hypovolemia, hematopathy or coagulopathy; patients with BMI?30kg/m2; hepatic or renal insufficiency; abnormal lung function; the surgery lasting more than 2 hours; pregnancy or lactation; patients communicating difficultly to the medical workers; patients with psychosis.
