Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children < 18years diagnosed with Kawasaki disease for the first time and received intravenous immunoglobulin treatment in acute phase

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent cases; 2. patients who did not receive intravenous immunoglobulin treatment; 3. No regular outpatient visits; 4. Critical cases with multiple organ dysfunction.
