Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria of subclinical hypothyroidism; (2) Qi depression act as a single constitution or main constitution of the patient's physical type in the TCM Constitutional Criteria. (3) The age of 18 to 70 years old. Any gender, race is not limited; (4) Patient informed consent; (5) No thyroid hormone replacement therapy or withdrawal for more than one month. (6) There was no obvious abnormality of liver and kidney function: ALT, AST, BUN were within 3 times of normal value; creatinine (Cr) was within normal range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Pregnancy or preparation of pregnant women; (3) serious heart, liver, kidney, brain, blood system and other complications or other serious primary diseases, mental patients; (4) can not cooperate with the completion of the laboratory during the test and questionnaire survey.
